On this episode of Crafted, Ashla Taylor travels to Lake City, Florida, to sit down with Scott Stewart and the family behind Ellianos Coffee.
Scott shares how decades of entrepreneurship, including four generations in the Little Caesars business, eventually led his family to launch Ellianos and bring the drive-thru coffee concept to Florida. Today, Ellianos has grown to nearly 90 locations, with more on the way.
But this story is about much more than coffee. Ashla talks with multiple generations of the Stewart family about growing a business together, the lessons passed from father to son, developing a strong work ethic, giving back through their work with Amani in Uganda, and helping other entrepreneurs pursue businesses of their own.
