Why Is Renasant a Special Place to Work?

What I love about it is it’s an amazing balance between how we commit ourselves to our employees, and that commitment is loud, and clear, and one of our core values. We say our employees are our greatest asset, and so much of what I do is provide that coaching and guidance and leadership to our employees so that they can be serving out in the community. The customers that need that advice and that commitment we have internally, is matched with the same level of commitment that we have to our customers and the communities we serve. And that balance makes Renasant Bank such an amazing place to be a part of.

What Makes the Nashville Area So Special?

To me, it’s special because it’s an amazing balance between still a small town feel and a large city. Raising a family here in Nashville is just … It’s fun. The activities are endless, but at the same time, the activities, like sports and entertainment that comes with some of our biggest cities in this country, are all also here in Nashville. So, you’ve got an amazing balance, and quite frankly, if you don’t love any of that, the food in Nashville is some of the best. So, who can’t love that?

Many people would be surprised or are often surprised when I tell them that I am a big Bob Marley fan. So much so that I love to travel to Jamaica, and when we had our children … I have 11-year-old twins, and my daughter’s name is Marley. So, nothing says commitment to fun fact around being a Bob Marley fan than naming your daughter after him.
