Meet Ann Stanford

FORMER VICE PRESIDENT AND TUPELO MAIN BRANCH MANAGER, RENASANT BANK

Ann Stanford began her tenure at Renasant more than 60 years ago before her retirement in 2020. A journey that started with a visit with her school principal to a nearby Renasant location led her to becoming the bank’s longest-tenured employee.

Stanford was formerly Vice President and manager of the Tupelo Main Branch. Aside from serving Renasant clients for many years, Stanford is a fifth- and sixth-grade Sunday school teacher at her church. She also works with the church’s children’s programs during the school year and summer months. Additionally, Stanford is a member of the Boy Scouts of America’s “Order of the Arrow” and “Yocona Area Council.”

“Seize the moment,” Stanford said when offering advice to women. “Look for opportunities to help others, know where you came from and take a positive route in your working life going forward. Always be a team player.”
